WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2026 | LET’S TALK 10 th October
The conversations we usually avoid are often the ones we need the most
Rajkiya Kanya Mahavidyalaya observed World Mental Health Day with TALK an open-mic discussion* that brought students and teachers together to explore issues affecting youth mental health.
The initiative encouraged open dialogue, empathetic listening, and a deeper understanding of the challenges young people are navigating today. Students shared their perspectives, questioned social expectations, and engaged in meaningful conversations on the influence of social media and body image to substance use, academic pressure, and the role of teachers.
Let’s keep talking. Let’s keep listening. Let’s keep growing together.Because mental health awareness begins when we listen without judgment, speak without fear, and make space for every voice.
